Wonderful Broken Thing

Wonderful Broken Thing band members Jeff Klindt, Steve Bryant, John Killabrew and Kirk DeWald recorded a record called Scotchtape & Threadspools in 1988 over a few weeks time and a lot of beer. It's available on iTunes and all other music download sites. The music has been heard in the past on the now-famous H Street videos.

The newest album, Looking for Mike Lookinland, was recorded in 1989 at a real studio. The tapes were stored in a garage until 2006 when we found them, dusted them off, mixed them, mastered them and... holy shit!

A few years ago it was Jeff's hope that the music would find its way to the masses. All the music and everything that surrounds it is dedicated to the memory of Jeff Klindt, who is no longer with us.

BROKEN HALO RECORDS

This is the lighter side of Long Live Crime. Make no mistake, the music on Broken Halo is solid and driving: singer/songwriters, y'alternative, alt-country and honky-tonk blues. Come on over and take a listen... you will not be disappointed!
